Nuach is the transliteration of a Hebrew word that means "to find rest".

I believe the majority of people today are living with significant restlessness in their lives.  "Doing" has replaced "Being", keeping on a treadmill of unattainable achievement.  As Apprentices of Jesus, we need to spend time with Him, learn to be like him, so that we can do what He did.

With this in mind, Nuach is a lifestyle approach for Apprentices of Jesus that calms our restlessness about our lives, and helps us operate from a place of calm, confidence, and strength.  Nuach embraces a minimalistic approach to keep things clear, simple, and intentional.
